Chalvington realised that many of our competitors were selling the dream that the technology could deliver but then leaving the customer to their own devices after the order was placed, leaving the client unable to realise the dream they had bought into.

It is the responsibility of our Account Management team to provide continued updates on technology, introduce our partners when appropriate and resolve any issues that may arise. We will also provide you with a Systems Health Check 4 to 6 weeks after the commissioning of your telephone system, a member of the team will contact you to assess if further programming, adjustments or training are needed. These changes will then be carried out in the most effective way.
