Warranty and Maintenance

The installation of a telephone system from Chalvington is only the start of our relationship.

Our policy is to provide customers with the most reliable equipment available in the market place. We do this by only dealing with reputable suppliers who are highly recognised within the convergence industry and who have been established for many years.

The digital systems we install are equipped with a built-in modem allowing our engineers to use remote diagnostics whilst also ensuring that on-going programming can be constantly updated from our technical support team. By using remote diagnostics we can access your system from our offices and view any difficulties you maybe experiencing. Wherever possible, we will endeavor to resolve your problem remotely thereby minimising the disruption to your business. However if this is not possible, we will ensure our engineers are properly equipped to resolve the problem when visiting your site.

We can provide a range of flexible service agreements that will not only satisfy the communications requirements of your business but will also ensure you are provided with exceptional service during your companies' working hours. Each contract is flexible, payable yearly or monthly and covers the cost of all materials labour.

All of our telephone systems come with a minimum of a free 12 months warranty period. After the initial 12 months, agreements can be flexible for a period of one or up to five years allowing you the flexibility to cover your equipment in event of any problems that may occur.

We are more than happy to help new customers who may be dissatisfied with their current maintenance agreements and seek alternative reliable support.
