Once an order is placed with Chalvington, a comprehensive Project Management, Technical Support and Engineering Team is chosen. This team ensures that each installation is carried out on time with the minimum of disruption, maintaining and usually surpassing our guarantee of meeting every customer's expectations.

Chalvington Communications assign a Project Manager who takes on overall responsibility for your project including the design, delivery, installation and training required.

His other responsibilities include:

  • To ensure that those involved are aware of and understand this plan and their responsibilities
  • To ensure that those involved adhere to the monitoring and control methods described
  • To ensure that the project is completed on time and within agreed costs
  • To ensure that where there are changes to the project the necessary parties approve timescales, costs and other deliverables
  • To agree with the customer a Change of Management Process
