The optiClient 130 is a software client that mirrors the functions of the Optipoint 500 handsets. The user is presented with two interfaces:-

optiPoint 130 phone
The optiClient 130 phone user interface is displayed on the PC as a Optipoint 500 handset with all its functions, a mouse is used to execute the required functions.

optiClient 130 Office
In addition to conventional telephone features, the optiClient 130 office user interface permits you to log in as an ACD agent. This speeds up work processes and makes it easier to communicate with various kinds of media from the PC.
